Reiki is loving, spiritual energy that gently supports physical, mental, emotional and spiritual healing. I conduct all Reiki sessions from a trauma informed perspective. During our time together I provide a safe, non-judgemental space where you are empowered to be involved in your healing. I offer a place where you can develop your capacity to trust, relax, express yourself and be heard, or simply receive with gratitude. Healing means to become whole. It's a journey back to Self that takes time and can feel confusing and messy. This is where regular Reiki sessions can be of great benefit. Meeting regularly opens up the possibility for greater self-exploration and awareness to emerge, so I suggest scheduling regular sessions to best support your intentions. Relaxation may be more difficult when facing the challenges of personal growth or stressful events, but receiving Reiki can stimulate your innate Relaxation Response, allowing your body to release stress and settle into rest and repair mode. By creating space for your physical, mental, emotional and spiritual body to heal you'll feel more resilient to stress, more energised and creative, and have more patience and compassion. Connecting to Reiki also helps you to stay in alignment with who you really are.
