TRAUMA INFORMED REIKI MASTER TEACHER & MEDITATION TEACHER

I've personally felt how overwhelming the process of healing can be as I've worked through my own childhood trauma. For a long time I felt lost and disconnected from myself and others, but Reiki helped me reconnect to myself and life in a significant and meaningful way.

Reiki has helped me to experience self love, express myself authentically, and live with purpose. It's the reason I'm so passionate about sharing the abundant blessings of Reiki with others.

As a certified Reiki Master Teacher, I offer Reiki Healing from a calm, safe and supportive space, where your healing intentions are blessed with spiritual energy, and your heart, mind, body and soul are nourished with true compassion.

I teach regular Reiki Classes to those who feel called to help others with their compassionate hearts and healing hands, to those that want to love and accept themselves, and to those who want to grow on a personal and spiritual level.

I teach Usui Reiki Ryoho, respectfully honouring Reiki's Japanese origins, which emphasises Reiki as both a spiritual practice for self-healing and a healing art that offers healing to others. I'm a proud member of Reiki NZ, who practices and teaches Reiki to their guidelines.

I'm also a certified Meditation Teacher and member of the International Meditation Teachers & Therapists association. I offer a variety of Meditation Lessons to those who are curious about exploring their true self, and to those who enjoy creating moments of calm and healing for themselves.

My Reiki Lineage

Reiki is a Japanese Healing Art and Spiritual Practice that helps us heal at a profound level by guiding us to develop self-awareness, increases our capacity for compassion and enhances our spiritual understanding. It's been one of the greatest healing forces in my life.

My curiosity and passion for Reiki has lead me to train at Reiki Master Teacher level in Usui Reiki Ryoho and Usui Shiki Ryoho, as well as completing Okuden Level in Jikiden Reiki.

Usui Reiki Ryoho is the Reiki lineage I proudly teach. As a student of mine you will also inherit this lineage back to Reiki's Japanese founder, Mikao Usui through the Reiki Initiation Ceremony at your Reiki Classes.
