She specialises in helping individuals experience profound healing by discovering their true selves, expressing their authentic voices, and living with purpose. With her extensive knowledge and genuine compassion, Charisse offers calm and comforting support throughout your healing journey. I've personally felt how overwhelming and confusing healing can be as I've worked through my own childhood trauma. For a long time I felt lost and disconnected from myself and others, but Reiki helped me reconnect to myself and life in a significant and meaningful way.

Perhaps one of the most valuable lessons my journey has taught me is that we can't heal in isolation. Connection to ourselves and others is vital, so I offer Trauma Informed Reiki Healing, Reiki Training and Life Coaching in a compassionate, safe and supportive space, where you can be seen and heard without judgement as you heal.

Helping you heal is my higher calling. If you feel lost, broken or are hurting in some way, allow me to show you the wisdom and spiritual practices that have helped me to experience self love, express myself authentically, and live with purpose - so that you can too.

My Passion for Reiki

Reiki is a Japanese Healing Art and Spiritual Practice that helps us heal at a profound level by guiding us to develop self-awareness, increases our capacity for compassion and enhances our spiritual understanding. It's been one of the greatest healing forces in my life.

My curiosity and passion for Reiki has lead me to train at Reiki Master Teacher level in Usui Reiki Ryoho and Usui Shiki Ryoho, as well as completing Okuden Level in Jikiden Reiki.

I'm honoured to offer Reiki Training in the Usui Reiki Ryoho lineage. I'm a proud member of Reiki NZ Inc and I teach Reiki to their guidelines.
