By using this website or any information and services on it, including but not limited to blogs, videos, audios, social media posts, products, and services, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the terms, conditions and cancellation policy herein. If you do not agree with these terms, do not use this website or the services.
You acknowledge and understand that the services provided are not medical treatment or therapy, and are not intended to provide medical, mental health, legal or other professional advice, diagnosis and/or treatment. Services are designed to support, not replace, medical, psychological and/or psychiatric advice and treatment. You acknowledge and understand that we are not licensed therapists, psychiatrists, psychotherapists, doctors, or other medical, psychological and/or psychiatric professionals and agree to seek proper medical and/or therapeutic treatment as needed.
You acknowledge and understand that undertaking the services provided may be a difficult experience, both physically and emotionally. You acknowledge and understand that you are fully responsible for managing yourself, your actions and your emotions in connection with the services and are solely responsible for all the actions you take and things you say during the service.
You acknowledge and understand that there are no guarantees about the results you will receive. You agree that any statements made regarding potential outcomes are opinions and are not binding. Results are dependent on many factors including factors that you and/or we may not be able to anticipate.
All information supplied by the client is confidential and the client may request to view their own personal information. Information will not be given to third parties in relation to the client or the client’s personal details without the permission of the client, unless it is deemed that the client, or any other person associated with the client, is in a serious or life threatening situation, in which case we are duty bound to report the perceived danger to the appropriate authorities. Such incidences may include suicidal tendencies or physical, mental or emotional abuse being committed on or by the client.
Your appointments and wellbeing are important to us. Out of respect for our staff and our other clients, we ask that you give us at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
If you feel unwell prior to your session, or are required to isolate as a positive Covid-19 case/household contact, please contact us to reschedule your appointment or to arrange an online session.
Any missed, cancelled or rescheduled appointments made within 48 hours of your scheduled session will not be refunded. However, in the event of a true, unavoidable emergency or Covid-19 isolation requirement, all or part of your payment may be applied to future services at our discretion.
Courses, Workshops, Events and Retreats
Our events are small and intimate with limited availability. In the event you need to cancel, we kindly request that you inform us at least 7 days before your scheduled event. This will allow us to offer your spot to another student.
If you feel unwell prior to your event, or are required to isolate as a positive Covid-19 case/household contact, please contact us to discuss your options.
If you give us at least 7 days notice of your need to cancel, we will credit your payment toward another event. If you cancel within 7 days of your scheduled event, no refund will be issued. However, in the event of a true, unavoidable emergency or Covid-19 isolation requirement, all or part of your payment may be applied to future services at our discretion.
