Terms of Service

By using this website or any information and services on it, including but not limited to blogs, videos, audios, social media posts, products, and services, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the terms, conditions and cancellation policy herein. If you do not agree with these terms, do not use this website or the services.

You acknowledge and understand that the services support but do not replace medical or psychological treatment. It is recommended that you see a licensed physician or licensed health care professional for any physical or psychological ailments as needed.

You acknowledge and understand that undertaking the services provided may be a difficult physical and emotional experience. You acknowledge and understand that you are solely responsible for all the actions you take and things you say during the service.

You agree that any statements made regarding potential outcomes are opinions and are not binding. Results are dependent on many factors including factors that you and/or we may not be able to anticipate.

You agree to our cancellation policy outlined below.

 

All information supplied by the client is confidential and the client may request to view their own personal information. Information will not be given to third parties in relation to the client or the client’s personal details without the permission of the client, unless it is deemed that the client, or any other person associated with the client, is in a serious or life threatening situation, in which case we are duty bound to report the perceived danger to the appropriate authorities. Such incidences may include suicidal tendencies or physical, mental or emotional abuse being committed on or by the client.

Cancellation Policy

APPOINTMENTS

Your appointments and wellbeing are important to us. Out of respect for our staff and our other clients, we ask that you give us at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

If you feel unwell prior to your session, or are required to isolate as a positive Covid-19 case/household contact, please contact us to reschedule your appointment or to arrange an online session.

Missed or cancelled appointments made within 48 hours of your scheduled session will not be refunded. However, in the event of a true, unavoidable emergency or Covid-19 isolation requirement, your payment may be applied to future services at our discretion.

COURSES & CLASSES

Our events are small and intimate with limited availability. In the event you need to cancel, we kindly request that you inform us at least 7 days before your scheduled event. This will allow us to offer your spot to another student.

If you feel unwell prior to your event, or are required to isolate as a positive Covid-19 case/household contact, please contact us to discuss your options.

 

If you provide at least 7 days notice of your need to cancel, we will credit your payment toward another event. If you cancel within 7 days of your scheduled event, no refund will be issued. However, in the event of a true, unavoidable emergency or Covid-19 isolation requirement, your payment may be applied to future services at our discretion.
