Increase your spiritual energy, cultivate sensitivity in your healing hands, and strengthen your energy centres so Reiki may flow freely through you. Meditation is a key component of your Reiki Training because it's so valuable in cultivating an open mind and compassionate heart. During your Reiki class you learned various Meditation practices that each had a different purpose, but it takes regular practice to manifest the goals of each meditation. If you'd like to be guided through these Reiki Meditations so you can establish a regular meditation routine and experience the benefits in your Reiki practice, I'm here to help. These private, guided Reiki Meditation sessions are adjusted to your needs and may include: • Joshin Kokyu Ho • Seishin Toitsu • Gassho Meditation • Hatsurei Ho • Reiki Symbols Meditation • Self Reiki practice These online Reiki Meditation sessions are offered exclusively to my Reiki Students and are a great chance to ask questions and refine your practice. Please allow 30 mins for your Reiki Meditation sessions.
